Stezka korunami stromů Lipno (Treetop Walk Lipno)

The first barrier-free trail of its kind in the Czech Republic, sensitively integrated into the landscape around Lipno reservoir. It culminates in a 40-metre observation tower with views of the Alps, the Šumava, and the lake, and a 52-metre slide for the daring.

Olšina Nature Trail

An approximately 7.3 km route along wooden boardwalks and forest paths around the Olšina pond, leading visitors through wetlands, peat bogs, and mixed forests. The area was inaccessible for decades – it only opened to the public in 2016.

Český Krumlov State Castle and Chateau

One of the most beautiful castle complexes in Central Europe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It offers enchanting interiors, a chateau garden, and views of the Vltava meander.

Plešné Lake & Plechý

Plešné Lake lies on the slope of Plechý – the highest mountain of the Czech part of the Šumava – at an altitude of 1,089 m, and is the widest glacial lake of the Czech Šumava. The trip to the lake and the summit is among the most beautiful in the whole region.

  • How does check-in work?

    Check-in is contactless and completed entirely online. Before your arrival, you will receive an email inviting you to complete the online registration. Once registration is complete, you will receive a unique electronic PIN code by email and SMS, which you can use to access the building, your apartment and the shared areas.

    Haven’t completed your online check-in before arrival? No problem! A self-service kiosk is available in the building, where you can easily complete your registration.

  • Can I bring a dog or other pet?

    Yes, pets are welcome. They must be declared at the time of booking. A pet fee of CZK 490 applies for the entire stay and house rules must be observed.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, each apartment has a dedicated parking space. Parking is already included in the price of the stay.

  • Can I change or cancel a booking?

    Of course – it just depends on the type of booking you have chosen:

    Refundable booking With this type you have full flexibility. You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within a shorter period or fail to show up, we charge 100% of the total price. Just want to change the dates? That's usually not a problem – simply arrange it with us, and if there's an available date in the same price category, we'll be happy to adjust everything.

    Non-refundable booking This type offers a better price in exchange for fixed conditions – the full amount is paid in advance and is non-refundable on cancellation or no-show. Even so, one pleasant exception applies: if you need to change the dates, arrange it with us and together we will find a solution in the same price category.
