House Rules – Apartmány Star Lipno

Welcome

Welcome to Apartmány Star Lipno.

We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest — comfortably, peacefully, and without unnecessary restrictions. Just a few simple rules will make that work for everyone.

Arrival and departure

The accommodation is unstaffed.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

We recommend completing online check-in before arrival. Once registration is complete, you'll receive an entry code.

If you don't manage to fill out the online check-in in advance, you can complete registration on-site using the tablet in the building. This option is available only until 10:00 PM, when the main building entrance closes.

After 10:00 PM, you can only enter the building with an access code.

The same code is used for:

night entry at the main entrance

night entry at the ski room

the door separating the apartment section of the building

the ski room

entry into the apartment

Parking

Parking is available on the paved areas around the property.

A parking space must be reserved in advance when making your booking. Parking spaces are reserved exclusively for apartment guests.

Thank you for respecting the parking system in place.

Common areas

We keep hallways and common areas clear for everyone.

Please store skis, bikes, strollers, and other items in the ski room or bike room.

Staying in the apartment

The apartment is prepared for the guests in the booking — additional people only by prior arrangement.

Please treat the furnishings as if they were your own.

Before departure, we ask for some basic tidying up:

take out the trash

leave the fridge empty

wash the dishes

Our team will take care of the final cleaning.

Pets are welcome for a fee of 490 CZK/stay. Please keep them under control and don't leave them unsupervised.

The owner is liable for any damage caused by the pet.

Smoking and quiet hours

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

Please be considerate in outdoor areas — particularly with regard to other guests and keeping the area clean.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This applies outdoors as well.

Shared facilities

An outdoor children's playground is available — please use it under supervision.

There's also a fenced, raised fire pit on the property (e.g., for grilling). Please keep it clean and tidy.

The sauna, fitness room, and other areas have their own rules, posted directly in those spaces.

If something goes wrong

If you run into a problem or a malfunction, please let us know as soon as possible — it helps us resolve things quickly.

Please be considerate of other guests and of the space.
